Our greatest asset at Pediatric Dentistry North is our incredible team. We have an extremely talented group of individuals dedicated to creating a caring dental home for your children and loved ones.
Our Chairside Assistants not only possess excellent clinical skills, but they also are dedicated to helping each of our patients feel relaxed and comfortable, resulting in a truly unique dental experience. They will help even the most apprehensive children become eager dental patients. The Chairside Assistant will accompany your child to the treatment area and assist the doctor during procedures.
Our Administrative Staff is dedicated to helping your children achieve and maintain optimal dental health by scheduling both their preventive and restorative care as recommended by our doctors. They make every effort possible to answer any questions or concerns you may have concerning your child’s dental health needs.
Nancy Sparks – Practice Administrator
I grew up in a suburb of Philadelphia, but Indianapolis has been my home since graduating from Indiana State University. An interest in dentistry led me to the Dental Assisting program at Professional Careers Institute, after which I accepted a clinical position with Dr. David Morgan in 1979. I have been the Practice Administrator for Pediatric Dentistry North since 1990. Although the majority of my time is spent supervising the business and professional aspects of our practice, I always enjoy taking time to assist our patients and parents with any concerns or questions they may have about their dental health care.
I love working at Pediatric Dentistry North and having the opportunity to build long-lasting, personal relationships with our patients and their families. It really says a lot about a practice when former patients bring their children back to us because they have memories of great dental experiences.
In my spare time, you’ll find me trying out new recipes or working out. My husband, Ken, and I are the parents of an adult son, Nate.
Suzi Wright – Operations Manager, Certified Dental Assistant
I have worked at Pediatric Dentistry North since 1993. I attended J. Everett Light Career Center, where I completed the two-year Dental Assisting Program and received my Expanded Duties Certificate. Soon after, I became a Certified Dental Assistant, which allowed me to gain privileges at St. Vincent Hospitals and assist the doctors in the operating room. I am also the Operations Manager and am one of the ladies who helps create a fun experience for you and your child during your visits to our office.
A couple of reasons I have enjoyed being here for so many years are working with the children (it has been fun watching them grow up) and the family-friendly atmosphere of our office.
On the personal side, I have been married since 1997 to my husband, Richard, and we live in Jamestown, Indiana. We have two children, Maddie and Spencer, who keep us on the move with all of their activities. Both of them love coming to our practice for their dental care. Spending time with our family and friends is important to us. I also like reading books in my spare time.
Clare Cyrus, Certified Dental Assistant
My hometown is Fishers, Indiana, and I graduated from Hamilton Southeastern High School. I have worked at Pediatric Dentistry North since 2001. It has been a great experience working with our wide variety of patients. I have two active children, Skylar and Cameron. Being a mom has definitely helped me understand children’s needs and concerns. I recently became a Certified Dental Assistant and will soon be utilizing my skills to assist the doctors in the hospital operating room. I enjoy working with children and special needs patients to make them feel at ease when they come to our office.
When I am not working, I am busy keeping up with my children’s activities.
Gena Panik – Certified Dental Assistant
I began my career at Pediatric Dentistry North as a Business Assistant in 2004. I developed an interest in working with patients in the clinical environment and have been a Chairside Assistant since 2005, earning the Certified Dental Assistant designation and privileges to assist the doctors on hospital cases. I enjoy the variety of duties that I encounter every day, but it is the personal interaction with our great patients that is most rewarding.
I have been married to my husband, Ryan, since 2007. We live on the south side of Indianapolis in Greenwood and enjoy spending time with our dog, Elmer, and boating on the lake.
