Payment for Services
Payment for services is due at the time they are rendered except for the estimated insurance amount, if applicable. Cash, checks, debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) are accepted forms of payment.
We ask that you pay at the time of your office visit all deductibles, co-payments and fees for non-covered services. Any charges that are not covered by your dental insurance become your responsibility. If your insurance company does not pay a claim after 60 days, the full amount becomes your responsibility and you will be reimbursed when the claim is paid.
If you have dental or medical insurance, please understand that this is an agreement between you and your insurance company. Please bring your insurance card or information with you. Failure to do so may result in delays in claim processing. We will complete and file your insurance forms (electronically whenever possible) to help you obtain the maximum benefits allowable under your policy. In most cases, dental insurance does not cover the full cost of dental care. This is because most “Dental Insurance Plans” are not “insurance” in the true sense of the word. Most dental insurance plans are actually “Benefit Plans” that are designed to reduce your out of pocket costs for dental services, but not eliminate them completely.
